How do I book a dental appointment at Smile Well Dental?
You can book an appointment by calling your preferred location directly, using our online booking form on this page, or visiting our Book a Visit page. We offer appointments at all four locations: North Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, and Coquitlam.
What should I bring to my first dental appointment?
Please bring your dental insurance card, a valid photo ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant dental records or X-rays from your previous dentist. If you have dental anxiety, let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
Do you accept walk-in patients?
While we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure minimal wait time, we do accept walk-ins when possible. For dental emergencies, call us first and we'll do our best to see you the same day.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may need care. Please call your location directly to cancel or reschedule.
Do you offer direct billing to insurance?
Yes, we offer direct billing to most major dental insurance providers. Our administrative team will help verify your coverage and submit claims on your behalf. We also accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible payment plans for larger treatments. Our team can discuss financing options during your consultation.
