How Our Website Forms Work

Our website does not keep a copy of what you send. When you press Submit, your answers are passed to the clinic you chose by email, and you receive a confirmation email. The clinic keeps your request with its records; intake answers become part of your dental record.

Where Your Information Is Processed

Our website and its forms use service providers located in the United States: Vercel (website hosting), Make (which routes forms to the clinic) and Google (email, and the site's usage measurement). Your information may therefore be processed or stored in the United States and may be accessible to authorities there under US law. We choose providers that protect information with encryption and access controls.

Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Information sent through our website is encrypted in transit, and access to it is limited to clinic staff who need it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. Dental records are kept for the period required for dental practices in British Columbia.
