Call the clinic you would like to visit, or send us an appointment request online and we will get back to you.

Fill in the intake form
Please fill in our online patient intake form before your appointment. It asks for your contact details and your health history, so there is less paperwork when you arrive.

Bring a few things
Have your ID and insurance details ready. The full list is just below.

What to Bring

Photo ID
Your dental insurance card or plan details
If you are covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), confirmation of your CDCP coverage
A list of the medications you take
Recent X-rays or records from your previous dentist, if you have them

Your First Visit

Every patient is different, but a first visit usually goes like this:

We talk with you about your dental and medical history and anything that is bothering you.
Your dentist examines your teeth, gums and mouth.
We take X-rays if they are needed.
Your dentist explains what they found and goes over your options with you. Before any treatment begins, we give you a cost estimate.
If you need a cleaning, we schedule it with you.
